Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder
30g Oats
50g fresh berries
1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
Ice cubes (optional)
Cinnamon powder a pinch (optional)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
