Ingredients:
Jowar flour – 30g
Low-fat paneer – 50g (grated)
Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1 small (optional)
Jeera powder – ¼ tsp
Pink salt – as per taste
Warm water – to knead
Ghee – ½ tsp (for roasting)
Instructions:
Prepare Dough: In a bowl, mix 30g jowar flour with a pinch of salt. Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare Stuffing: Mix grated paneer with coriander, green chilli, jeera powder, and salt.
Stuff Paratha: Roll out a small jowar dough ball between parchment sheets or using dry flour. Place paneer filling in the center, gently fold and seal.
Roll & Roast: Carefully flatten the stuffed ball again. Roast on a hot tawa with ½ tsp ghee until golden brown on both sides.
Serve: Best served with mint chutney or curd.
