Directions
Prepare the Marinade:
Blend coriander, mint, ginger, green chili (if using), and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
Marinate the Fish:
Rub the fish fillet with ½ tsp olive oil, then coat it evenly with the coriander-mint paste. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the Vegetables:
Toss broccoli and zucchini with minced garlic, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and the remaining olive oil.
Set Up for Steaming:
Use a steamer or a large pot with a steaming rack. Add water to the pot and bring it to a simmer.
Steam the Fish and Vegetables:
Place the marinated fish on one side of the steaming rack and the seasoned vegetables on the other.
