HOMEMADE HEALTHY GRANOLA
Ingredients:
½ cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, chia)
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup amaranth (rajgira)
2 tablespoons ghee
3 tablespoons jaggery powder
¼ cup mixed dried berries (cranberries, blueberries, raisins)
Method:
Dry roast the seeds on low flame until slightly crisp.
In another pan, roast oats and amaranth until lightly golden.
Combine roasted seeds, oats, and amaranth in a bowl.
Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery powder, and let it melt slightly.
Pour the jaggery mixture over the roasted ingredients and mix well.
Let it cool completely, then add the dried berries.
Store in an airtight glass jar.
