Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
Rolled oats – 30g
Milk or Greek yogurt – 100ml
Chia seeds – 1 tsp
Fresh berries – 50g
Nuts or seeds (optional) – 1 tsp
Method:
In a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, and milk or Greek yogurt.
Mix well and close the lid tightly.
Refrigerate overnight (6–8 hours).
In the morning, stir gently and top with fresh berries and nuts/seeds before serving.
